Max Bemis, singer and songwriter of indie/punk outfit Say Anything, has opened up his Song
Shop today, for the first time in over a year.
Song Shop is a very unique program that Max founded in 2008, in which fans of Say Anything’s
music can buy their own personalized song, written by Max for them, about literally anything
they want. Originally launched in a much more limited capacity and due to the extremely positive reaction to
the songs, it was later expanded through MerchDirect. Max has written over 1000 songs since its inception and
has allowed fans to connect with the band on a much more intimate level than ever before.
The Song Shop will be open for a very limited time only, with songs going quickly and limited to 800 songs,
each of which will come with a phone call from Max to say hi and make sure the song did the trick. To
purchase a song or learn more, please visit Song Shop’s website.
Say Anything will be releasing their highly anticipated fourth record, Anarchy, My Dear, via Equal Vision in 2012.
