Her role in the creation of the Janis Martin album project, The Blanco Sessions, was a recent topic of discussion on NPR’s Weekend Edition: http://www.npr.org/2012/09/30/
Rosie’s previous works and personal accomplishments have received critical praise from the likes of the Los Angeles Times, Guitar Player Magazine and Austin Chronicle, and likewise earned her an induction into the Austin (TX) Music Hall of Famein 2007. She has appeared on nationally broadcast television programs“Austin City Limits,” “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” and “Late Show with David Letterman.”Further, her duets with longtime idols Janis Martin and Wanda Jackson on her 1995 released album Rockabilly Filly helped re-launch (from retirement) both female legends’ careers.
